Club Grand Prix, Saturday, September 4

 
 The next club Grand Prix will be the Cross Country Team run at Valerie Reynolds’ estate in Sharpsburg.  If people will send me (Mark Hamilton) a 5K time I will use these times to try and make even teams (jmbhamilton@mindspring.com).  if I do not get times we will have to do it the day of the run which will take longer and will be random so some teams could end up much faster or slower than the others.  I am making signs to try and give better directions so we won't get lost this year.  They will say Lap # and an arrow pointing the direction to go.  I plan on making the course about 3 miles.  This way it won't be too long for some members and it should not wear down those members who are doing the Macon Race on Monday.  Directions to Valerie’s house are below.
